Virtual therapy sessions are available for individuals 18+ who are residents of NC via HIPAA-compliant and secure video conferencing platform.

Sessions for established clients are offered at 30-, 60-, and 90-minute appointments to provide options to meet various needs or schedules.

FAQs

  • Most clients find the standard 60-minute session to be beneficial. However, everyone is different and may prefer a different length due to a variety of considerations including scheduling availability, financial ability, length of focus, or intensity of issues wanting to be addressed. This is something we can discuss during our consultation or via email if you need assistance!

  • This is an ethical consideration to protect your privacy as well as your right to decide your own treatment. Insurance companies require access to client records, mandate what must be disclosed in notes, regulate diagnoses, and dictate type and length of treatment. I believe this all should be solely at the discretion of the client themselves. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!

  • No, superbills are not currently provided. Radical Serenity is fully private pay and not an out-of-network (OON) provider.

  • Yes! You can use HSA or FSA payments for all therapy sessions. You can manage payment methods and access receipts for payments in your client portal.
