Holistic Trauma Therapy in Concord, NC

Online therapy for adults across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia who are healing from complex trauma, abuse, and emotional neglect.

Reclaim your identity, confidence, and peace.

You may benefit from holistic trauma therapy if you experience…

Feeling disconnected from the world around you
From your friends, family, coworkers, or partner
…or even from yourself

You find yourself fading into the background becoming an observer rather than an active participant.
You find yourself frozen in the middle of a conversation not sure how to respond.

Constantly wondering how you should act around certain people or different situations
Always feeling like you are walking on eggshells

Finding serenity in this world is truly a radical act.

You don’t have to continue living disconnected, depressed, or on constant alert. You don’t have to shrink yourself to fit into prescribed roles or belief systems forced on you by others.

You can reclaim your independence and self-worth after relational abuse. You can let go of the shame and guilt from religious trauma. You can honor your true identity apart from who society has told you to be.

I help my clients release unhealthy expectations and beliefs, reconnect with their authentic selves, and find genuine peace within themselves and their place in this world.

    Childhood Trauma Therapy

Childhood experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others, but they do not have to define who we become. In childhood trauma therapy, I help clients process early life experiences, identify and release internalized beliefs formed in childhood, reconnect with their authentic identity, and build emotional safety and self-trust. Healing childhood trauma is not about becoming someone new, it is about returning to yourself beneath survival adaptations.

    Religious Trauma Therapy

In religious trauma therapy, I help clients identify and unlearn harmful beliefs, process experiences of spiritual or religious trauma, and release internalized shame. Together, we work toward reclaiming a life and identity that feels authentic, grounded, and aligned with your values, sense of safety, and emotional well being.
