  • I currently provide therapy services to adults who are 18 years old and above.

  • All trauma therapy sessions are currently online and are available to all adults (18+) throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. We meet using a HIPAA-compliant and secure video conferencing platform which can be accessed on any device with access to the internet. Online therapy offers clients flexibility to have sessions from the comfort of home or anywhere that works best for them!

  • Michelle is licensed to see any clients located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

    • No, a consultation is not required but is encouraged to make sure we are the best fit before a new client completes paperwork and pays for a full appointment. If they would rather ask some questions over email or phone, we can also do that! Otherwise, if they feel ready to to jump in, we can schedule their first appointment right away!

  • Trauma Therapy Session Rates:

    • 60-min Online Therapy Session . . . . . . . . . . . . . $165

    • 90-min Online Therapy Session . . . . . . . . . . . . . $250

    All payments are due at time of service.

  • Debit, credit, and HSA/FSA payments are accepted.

    All services are private pay only. Reduced rates may be available upon request.
