Are you curious if holistic trauma therapy is for you?

Many people who have found this approach helpful have started therapy with these thoughts:

  • “I just feel disconnected from everyone and everything around me. I’m that awkward puzzle piece that just doesn’t fit in anywhere.”

  • “I often freeze in the middle of a conversation as if I forgot how to human. What’s wrong with me?

  • “More and more, I find myself fading into the background. I feel like more of an observer than a participant in my own life.”

  • “It’s like I’m playing that game where the floor is lava. I’m constantly looking around for danger, afraid I’m going to step somewhere I don’t belong or will mess something up.”

  • “I’m constantly second-guessing myself, even though I know I’m an intelligent person. Why can’t I trust myself?”

  • “I feel like I have to put on a different costume or mask for every situation or person I interact with. I’m constantly playing a role to measure up to other’s expectations, but I don’t think I know who I really am...

By using a holistic framework, we will work together to address trauma and how it affects every area of your life. You don’t just learn to deal with the distress. We dig up the roots, plant what you want, cultivate the soil, and learn practical tools to nourish the life you choose to have.

Finding serenity in this world can certainly be a radical act. I would love to support you in this courageous next step!

After sessions with me, clients have celebrated the growth they accomplished:

  • “I was able to connect to what is truly important - my authentic self. I discovered when I honored my values and needs, I was able to find the connection with others I have been searching for!”

  • “After years of a difficult relationship, I was able to identify the abuse that had occurred, forgive myself for what I didn’t know, and reclaim my independence and self-worth to create a life on my own terms.”

  • “I no longer shrink away from my life. I have found my voice and my confidence to take control of my future.”

  • “I was finally able to let go of the shame and guilt from religious trauma while honoring my true identity and chosen beliefs apart from what I had been programmed to think.”

  • “With trauma therapy, I found a space that supported me to claim my authentic identity with all of its parts. I have learned to truly accept and love myself as I am.”

  • “By processing my childhood trauma with a holistic lens, I was able to release unhealthy expectations of perfectionism and finally feel proud of myself for who I am not just what I can accomplish.”

    Childhood Trauma Therapy

Childhood experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others, but they do not have to define who we become. In childhood trauma therapy, I help clients process early life experiences, identify and release internalized beliefs formed in childhood, reconnect with their authentic identity, and build emotional safety and self-trust. Healing childhood trauma is not about becoming someone new, it is about returning to yourself beneath survival adaptations.

    Religious Trauma Therapy

Religion can be a source of love, meaning, and community, but it can also involve coercion, guilt, fear, and shame that deeply impact a person’s sense of identity, safety, and self-worth. In religious trauma therapy, I help clients identify and unlearn harmful beliefs, process experiences of spiritual or religious trauma, and release internalized shame. Together, we work toward reclaiming a life and identity that feels authentic, grounded, and aligned with your values, sense of safety, and emotional well being.

Trauma therapy can be helpful for individuals healing from emotionally confusing or abusive relationships with people who display narcissistic traits. Whether this is a romantic partner, parent, sibling, friend, or boss, these experiences can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and unsure of yourself. In narcissistic abuse therapy, I help you process what you’ve been through, rebuild self-trust, and strengthen emotional boundaries so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and stability.

It can be difficult living with an identity that is different from what society believes is acceptable. With constant messaging that something is wrong with us, it can be hard to hear our own voice. I help my clients embrace their authentic, nonconforming selves and support them through healing a lifetime of trauma, releasing harmful internal messages, and taking back control of their life.
